Recycled Paper Bead Purse handmade by the ladies at Empower Her a women’s livelihood project in Rishikesh, Uttrakhand where the ladies learn skills and receive basic education in literacy and numeracy.
Each purses is made of approximately 143 hand rolled and lacquered beads which are then thread together over a fabric base to create these stunning and rather unusual little purses.
