A few facts about the Himalayas

In order to comply with the European Union (EU) Directive on Distance Selling, which is incorporated into UK law by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the following Terms & Conditions must be agreed to before buying any of our products or services. Product Pricing and Description

All our products are handmade and therefore no two items are exactly alike and availability is limited and some variations will occur. Each product is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all product details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto our system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order. Let us keep you informed by using the ‘email us’ button to advise you when temporarily out of stock items are back in stock. All prices are in £ sterling. Payment can be made by credit card and will be processed through our nominated handling company PAYPAL which provides secure online payment and ‘instant online ordering. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Post & Packing

Orders are normally processed within 2-3 working days of receipt and despatched by post either 1st class (UK), recorded delivery or Airmail.

Sale Item Disclaimer

We have very limited stock and whilst our stock levels are updated every 24hours, a product may sell out during the time you have placed your order and when we try to fulfil it. If this does happen we will contact you within 3 days with an alternative item or refund your money.

Money back Guarantee

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after receiving your products without giving a reason providing the material is returned to us in perfect condition. The 7 working day cancellation period begins the day after receipt of the goods. You will however have to pay the cost of returning goods to us. We reserve the right to assess whether goods returned are in the same, perfect condition they were sold and delivered in. If you have decided to cancel your order, or wish to return your goods to ‘Door to the Himalayas’, we will refund your credit card within 30 days of cancellation.
